I recently finished my treatment and was looking for the backup retainers. After doing my research I decided to make an appointment with Central Texas Orthodontics. I got it scheduled the same day and had my retainers ready in two weeks! Dr. St. Louis and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a new set of retainers!

Great doctor and staff. I’ve had 2 sets of braces and misc work. Very professional, clean, and nice people. Kudos to Dr St. Louis for giving me a perfect smile. My TMJ doctor commended me on my perfect teeth alignment ! highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with two of our children getting their teeth straightened at this office. Love the staff-friendly and fun. And Dr. B did a fantastic job. After delays due to Covid, he personally went well out of his way to see my daughter and it was so appreciated! Thank you!

Great Team

We initially went to a different doctor, who sent us to an unnecessary specialist. After a second opinion from Dr. St. Louis, we aren't even ready for braces yet! That is an example of an ethical doctor. I'm pleased that my ten year old will begin her braces with Dr. St. Louis, but not until the time is ready. He sincerely takes you in as if you are the only patient of the day. His staff is polite, articulate, and the office is spotless. I highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone in need. I trust him with my children.

Today was my first time visiting this office after they were able to come in after speaking with me the day prior. Note, most offices do not have next day availability for non-emergent care. First, Beatrice! She made me feel welcomed, important and she was willing to take the time with me from the moment I walked into the door! Beatrice doesn’t only belong in the customer service/patient setting, but she specializes in caring for patients and it shows outwardly and genuinely! Second, the Man with the Plan, Dr. Lewis. He is considerate, professional, and demonstrates patience and concern for his patients as well. He answered my questions, and not once did he make me feel like “he had better things to do” or “he had more patients to see”. His tone and cadence sets the tone in this office, and everyone of the staff enjoy being at work! They love what they do, and offices like this one are hard to find! They are an office that should be modeled by many! I’ll be back, and I’ll definitely refer them to those seeking unique, honest, professional, and personalized care! Best orthopedic office in Austin.

Dr. St. Louis and staff are phenomenal. They always go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy and do their best to ensure in answering all questions. I have been a patient 2 1/2 years and would not think of going elsewhere. Availability for scheduling is very accommodating for work and school schedules. Sweetest office staff ever and one I will continue to refer friends and family. Thank you all for your patience ....

Central Texas Orthodontics is fabulous! The staff is soo soo nice and Dr Brian is great. Christen handles the scheduling and does so flawlessly. Love these guys!
